We have multiple roles within our office that are vital to our patient's care.

Front Desk: Our front desk staff greets our patients with a warm smile. This position in our practice covers a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to: verifying insurance, updating patient information, scheduling appointments, and also putting in contact lens orders.

Technician: The technicians are responsible for performing tests on the patients before they see the doctor. This can include visual field testing, imaging, administering drops, and also performing refractions. We are constantly updating our technology and keep our technicians up to date on training.

Optician: Our optical boutique holds a wide selection of frames, which are purchased by our opticians from a variety of frame vendors. The opticians shop with the patient to guide their frame and lens selection to best benefit their needs. They are also responsible for placing and receiving glasses orders. Our opticians can also perform repairs on different types of frames.

Scribe: The scribe is present in the exam room to record the doctors findings during the appointment. Our scribes have knowledge of ocular diseases, medications, and diagnostic/procedural coding that help them note the doctors finding accurately.
