We believe quality eye care should be accessible and affordable. Our in-house membership plans are designed for patients without vision insurance — as well as anyone looking for greater value on routine eye care, eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and select treatments.

Glasses Benefits — $150 for 12 months

Contact Lens Benefits — $225 for 12 months

Your Membership Package includes:

  • One eye health exam and glasses prescription per benefit period
  • 20% off glasses and sunglasses, including frames and/or lenses
  • 15% off a year’s supply of contact lenses*
  • 15% off medical visits
  • 10% off products* and treatments

VIP Package

Enjoy enhanced benefits, priority scheduling, and greater savings on the eye care and products you use most.

Contact Lens Benefits — $375 for 12 months

Your VIP Package includes:

  • One eye health exam and glasses prescription per benefit period
  • One retinal screening image
  • One medical office visit
  • 35% off glasses and sunglasses, including frames and/or lenses
  • 20% off a year’s supply of contact lenses*
  • 20% off products*, medical visits, and treatments
  • Priority scheduling

Material Package

Already have your exam coverage? The Material Package offers year-round savings on eyewear, contact lenses, eye care products, and select dry eye treatments and aesthetic treatments.

$100 for 12 months of material benefits

Your Material Package includes:

  • 25% off glasses and sunglasses, including frames and/or lenses
  • 15% off a year’s supply of contact lenses*
  • 10% off products, including EltaMD sun and skin care, makeup, supplements, lid wipes, Dry Eye Drink, and more
  • 20% off skin and dry eye treatments, including IPL, radiofrequency, and eyelid cleansing
